Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 1 September 2026
This policy explains how cancellations, downgrades, and refunds work for UltraMonitor paid plans (Pro and Pro+). It forms part of the Terms of Service.
01Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel a paid plan at any time from the Billing & invoices page in the console — no emails or phone calls required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period: you keep full access until then, and the workspace then moves to the free Starter plan.
Your monitors and history are not deleted when you downgrade; limits simply apply to any monitors above the Starter allowance.
02Refunds
First payment. If you cancel within 14 days of your first paid charge and the service wasn't what you expected, email us and we'll refund that first payment in full.
Renewals. Monthly renewals are generally non-refundable, because you keep access for the paid period. If you were charged in error, or forgot to cancel and haven't used the service in the new period, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we'll review it fairly.
Service problems. If an extended outage on our side materially prevented you from using the service, contact us — we'll make it right with a credit or refund for the affected period.
03How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via our payment provider. Depending on your bank, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
04Price changes
If we change plan prices, existing subscribers keep their current price until at least 30 days after we notify them by email. If you don't accept a new price, you can cancel before it applies and this policy governs any refund.
05Questions
Billing questions go to billing@ultramonitor.app. Include your workspace name and the email on the account so we can help quickly.
